Negative: Strong smell of air freshener did not lessen during the stay. Maybe TV in both bedrooms?

Negative: There was no propane in the tank for the barbeque grill and unfortunately we didn't check prior to the time we were going to grill (the last evening of our stay) after 5pm. That was disappointing!

Positive: I went with three teenagers 17-19. The location was excellent. We were right at the beach. It was close enough for us to walk to the local store for a few things. Walking the area was wonderful.
Negative: It is a basement unit and very musty. The kids all came home with reactions to that and taking sinus meds. The unit is cute, but the pictures make it seem much bigger than it is. It is an older unit so the ceilings are low. The upstairs unit was loud with the simple footsteps and movement. When the cleaners came, it was SOOOO loud. I would not recommend to people with little kids.
