Just 1.5km from the Dwellingup town centre, Forest Trails House is a secluded, fully equipped home set on a 4 acre block which you and your guests will have all to yourselves.
Bordered by old-growth jarrah forest, this 3x1 property is the perfect escape to nature, with all the amenities of town only 2 minutes away.
The house has three bedrooms; two with queen-sized beds and one with two bunk-beds.
An open plan living and dining area is kept cosy in winter by a wood fireplace and a reverse cycle air con, which can also be used to keep the house cool in summer.
The living room has a TV with smart functionality and free to air channels, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, microwave, gas oven/stove and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Outside, there are three large timber decks overlooking native gardens and fruit trees - great for enjoying a morning coffee or evening wine and BBQ.
The rear of the property is bordered by old growth jarrah forest, and just over the back fence a wide path leads through the forest, past the Forest Discovery Centre into town.

Summary: This property was exactly what we were looking for and more. Located 1500m from the town centre, it is far enough away that you aren't effected by the sound or light but close enough if you want a stroll to the local pub and cafes. The beautiful and rustic home is fully furnished and is heated by a log fire which heats the whole house. Should you want electronic entertainment the large tv and WiFi has you sorted. The beds and bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable as it's the bathroom and shower. The grounds are beautiful, many areas to sit and enjoy the weather, fruit trees and my favourite, outdoor fire pit. We had a couple of nights gazing at the stars around the fire. The owner was very responsive to messages and accommodated or requests. This is one of the nicest overall stays that we have been to and would love to come back one day. I whole heartedly recommend this property.

Summary: We stayed 2 nights during the school holidays with friends. The house is so beautiful. It is very clean with everything you need. The heating facilities I. Winter was great, made our stay so comfortable. The house is close to amenities. Brett the owner was great to deal with. We loved it so much we will be booking again soon.

Summary: Beautiful home in a beautiful location. Plenty of space for 2 families to come together for our annual Easter tradition. The deck out under the tree was a peaceful retreat to read with that morning coffee. So much space for the kids to have fun in, thoroughly enjoyed our stay ☺️
