This beautiful, 5 x 2, canal home with its own private jetty, oozes rustic charm and is waiting for your booking now. The ambiance of the home is one of peace and tranquility.
An exceptionally well located home with sweeping views along the length of a tree- lined cul-de-sac arm of the Murray Lakes Canals, with easy access to the river. Ideally located for the morning sun, whilst sheltered from the heat of the day by its aspect and the beneficial protection of the large verandah.
The shaded decking and sheltered aspect of this home provide a welcome retreat in summer, and under eaves deck allows year-round use. With its new spa, jetty and easy access to the water, this is a home designed to make optimal use of its exceptional location. With the relaxing resort style spa, set privately located amongst the trees, you have found your perfect escape.
A glass fence along front of grassed area will protect little ones from getting down to the water but children will need to be supervised around spa.
Downstairs, the huge main bedroom has a King bed with large "walk in" robe and semi ensuite. The other wing of the house consists of 3 great sized double bedrooms, 2 of these rooms provide King beds (that can be split into King singles if requested), the other room has a Queen size bed. The second and fourth bedrooms will be set up as King beds unless requested otherwise (notice is required).
In the very large "loft style" room upstairs you will find two single beds (one can slide out into a double) and a Futon that folds down to provide another bed (if required). We suggest the loft beds are best suited to children. No sheets are provided for these beds but guests are welcome to bring their own for these.
The gorgeous kitchen looks on to beautiful tree lined water views and provides plenty of modern conveniences, including coffee machine, double oven and quality appliances. A lovely 8 seater rustic style table, graces the kitchen, or if you prefer outdoor dining, the large outdoor verandah also has an 8 seater table and a BBQ.
Enjoy the views of the dolphins, pelicans and ducks and our resident swan family, who come to visit regularly.
The house is decorated with brand new 'Hamptons style" furniture and has a "Boho" feel with its bright colours and interesting art work, there are two smart TVs, books and board games.
There is FREE WIFI at the house.
There are two Kayaks provided during your stay to explore the waterways with or catch crabs, when in season. Bring your own life jacket if required.
Linen including towels in provided for up to 8 guests (Maximum 8 adults). You will need to bring your own linen for the beds in the loft.
Sit on your own personal jetty and throw a line out for a feed of Bream.
If you bring your boat, be certain to cruise down the river to some of the local restaurants and hotels in the area – or the “Sandy Cove” Tavern is only a 200 metre walk down the road and offers great meals at a good price.
Your stay in the region will be remembered no matter how you spend it.

Summary: My friends and I had a wonderful mini holiday at Wisteria Waters. Its perfectly located with the river, Pelicans Cafe, and Sandy Cove Tavern all within easy walking distance. The home is in a lovely quiet location and it was was so relaxing just sitting on the deck and taking in the beautiful view.beautiful view

Summary: We had a very relaxing and enjoyable family stay at Wisteria Waters. The house is better than the photos and has plenty of space for the family to come together but also for time apart. The back patio is where we spent most of our time. We didn't use the spa (being that it was VERY hot over the weekend) but it looked very inviting. The house is well air-conditioned, has great cooking facilities and appliances, has a jetty to moor the boat and is a very short walk to Sandy Cove Tav and Pelican Cafe. Beds are comfortable, house is clean and wi-fi is fast (which meant the teenagers were happy). We will definitely be booking again.

Summary: Had a great time, minor issue, last time we stayed there were 5 bedrooms all downstairs, dident read properly now only 4 downstairs, another upstairs, we are all in our 70’s so a spiral staircase and no toilet upstairs was not on our radar. Very minor issue only a 2 slice toaster, pretty sure this can be sorted out, 5 girls waiting for their toast in the morning took a little while. All in all a great time was had.

Summary: We recently stayed here with four ladies. House is beautiful and beds are so comfortable. House was equiped with everything you need. The outside area was our favourite. The peace and tranquility of looking out at the water and listening to nothing but the sounds of birds was beautiful. Even had kayaks which we went out on. And the spa!!! Wow!!! Love love love it. This is the second time I’ve been here and will be back again! Thank you so much to Kate and Andrew. You have created a beautiful place.

Summary: I stayed the weekend with some girlfriends and we loved it. The house is really spacious and well-presented. The location is gorgeous and it was so great to have access to Kayaks to explore the river. We even saw a couple of dolphins on our last day. We hope to stay there again.
