For use of the 2nd bedroom during your stay there is also an extra 50.00 linen fee charge, but you wont be disappointed!! because from the moment you walk in the door we want you to feel relaxed and at home. Fully renovated and tastefully decorated lakeside cottage with total privacy with amazing waterviews. Watch the wildlife during the day or the magical sunsets at night regardless of the weather forecast as you can curl up with your favorite book beside the fire or catch up on your favorite tv shows from the comfort of your bed both bedrooms have there own tvs with unlimited wi fi. Also a lovely aromatherapy spa, no harsh chemicals amd plenty of jets to relax and unwind hot in winter or cool off in summer. The property is fully fenced with saftey gates on both sides to the waterfront we have a small fenced open deck and a 25sq metre fully enclosed conservertory sitting on the waterfront. Your fur babies have room to move as it has a good sized yard. Double carport with also parking bays across the road we are a back section with long skinny driveway there is turning around room but can be a little tricky to navigate in larger vehicles. We think this spot is pretty special and hope you will aswell and enjoy the beautiful surrounds that South Yunderup has to offer walks. fishing. crabbing. a stones through to a great waterfront bar and resturant. There is also a 2 man canoe with a small trailer so you can walk it down to the river if you wanted to explore the sights by water please let us know when booking if you would like the use of this as life jackets and oars are locked away when not in use. . Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine, mints and cookies on arrival We also have a selection of wines, snacks, chocolates for you to purchase should you get a craving and get caught short. The property is also equipped with everything you need to pack a picnic and spend the day at the river, even a tarp for the back of your car for the dogs on the way home...also provided is dog shampoo and towels, but if you really want to give your fur baby a treat I can highly recommend a groomer in Mandurah so you could drop you pooch off for a pamper whilst your browsing around town.

Summary: The property had everything we needed. It was spacious, clean and quiet. Close to amenities and had space for the dogs to play. The host was lovely, communicated well and was extremely hospitable. We couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend!

Summary: My husband, dogs and I had a lovely time at this beautiful property. We particularly enjoyed the wildlife on the lake, the lake views and surrounding area, the log fire and the hot tub. It was exactly what we needed and we returned home feeling refresh and rested. The host was more than accommodating , we will definitely return.

Summary: Given there aren’t many properties down this way to stay in it was a pleasant surprise to find this one. Very unique experience to be right on the lake. So many extras are provided here so that you have less to bring yourself. Clean & comfy with great communication with the host.

Summary: The house is a beautiful little cottage, and the location is amazing. Loved being situated on the pond/lake and to see the ducks and fish everyday was just peaceful. Definitely would recommend and definitely coming back!

Summary: The property was as described, perfect for two couples or 4 people. The conservatory and deck are a brilliant viewing areas for the swans, pelicans and new hatchlings of coots and ducks. Property was very well appointed and very clean. A fabulously safe, fenced yard for the fur babies. We loved our 3 days and plan to stay again in the future. Thank you Angela.
