Positive: Great staff - we were very well-looked after and nothing appeared to be too much trouble Fabulous food and wine Great ambience in the hotel
Negative: The water in the bathroom was warm, but not hot, which made it difficult to have a hot bath after a day out exploring the area.

Positive: The young French lady at the front desk couldn’t be more helpful, the room was very cute and clean, and the Manor itself was very well kept. The longue rooms with the fire going was a plus! We got ourselves a wine and read a book for a while.

Positive: The location was excellent, walking distance to shops and main centre. The food and service at the restaurant was excellent, all fresh and local produced, but quite costly. We had breakfast there but found meals were way out of our reach. Matthew and Emma were such beautiful people and took extra care of us during our stay.
Negative: You had to be very mindful to keep the volume done because rooms were not sound proof and the lay out of the room wasn't the best, to watch tv from the bed, was uncomfortable because the bed was on the side.
Summary: Strahan is such a beautify town - the boat tour and train ride are a must do.

Positive: I loved staying here! Best place I’ve stayed in Tasmania to date - wish we stayed more than a night as we passed through as it was SO beautiful and comfortable. The billiards room and chess boards set up in front of the fires are the cherry on top!
