This Beachwalk Villa is just minutes from the Gulf and on the Beachside of the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort.
As soon as you enter the private courtyard, you know something good is behind the front door. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home looks like a designer show house. It is beautifully renovated and is conveyed with all of the furnishings . The open floorplan allows for easy entertainment and conversation whether you are in the kitchen, dining room or the living room. The living area is spacious with plenty of seating to watch the LARGE flat screen television with WiFi.
Add to all of this the rear brick paved patio overlooking an expansive lake view and this Beachwalk has it all! The second floor has two spacious bedrooms with renovated suite baths; and convenient upstairs laundry.
Upgrades to this remarkable unit include granite counter tops, updated cabinets, custom lighting, remodeled bathrooms including tile floors, and designer decor!
Relax and have a drink on the private outdoor patio and enjoy some outdoor cooking with your very own GRILL. The beautiful view overlooks Horseshoe Lake, which are only steps away from the back of the villa.

Summary: The unit was just as described - very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is perfectly situated to enjoy beach, wharf, and the restaurants and shops at Grand Blvd. My favorite part was the golf cart! I’m a sucker for a golf cart and enjoyed getting around in it. It made going to the beach easy & fun. Communication with property manager was super easy. Zero complaints. Will definitely stay here again.

Summary: My husband and I traveled to Destin to visit family who lives nearby. This property was in close proximity to the airport, beach, and other local attractions but didn't feel "touristy". The golf cart was a very nice touch, and we made use of the tunnel that crosses 98 to access the guest pool, Baytowne Wharf, and the grocery store. The home was in great shape and the owner was quick to respond with a maintenance visit when the AC wasn't working properly on our first day. The grill could use some TLC and I do think that the home could use a good DEEP clean (walls, baseboard, doors, etc.) but otherwise this property was perfect for our 4 night/5day trip and we would book again!

Summary: Golf cart was awesome. Location was great. Condo was good - needs some TLC but otherwise it was fine. The rules/contracts that we were given should be explained before you put your money down. We had a great vacation and would stay again.
