Summary: If we had a need, the owner promptly responded. The location was perfect with the plaza just around the corner. The recreation center was also around the corner where we played pickelball. We access to everything we needed. We would stay there again.

Summary: Everything about this experience was A. I have stayed in VRBOs all over the world and this was by far the best. Every detail was upgraded more than expected. Communication with the host was excellent. I needed assistance with one aspect, and was able to FaceTime with them so that I could see what I was doing incorrectly. Wonderful hosts and the nicest people I have interacted with while using VRBO.

Summary: We had a short trip on short notice and we were lucky to find this place. The layout of the Villa is awesome and roomy. The back porch area was cool to watch the wildlife in the pond. It was in a very quite area but was really close to just about anything and everything. It's only about a 15 minute golf cart ride to Brownwood and within walking distance of the Publix and other shopping. We will definitely reach out to the owners when we visit again
