Beautiful new lake home (2017), with wide open lake views, located midsection on East shore of pristine Lake Keowee, SC. Convenient access to Clemson (15 miles), Seneca (18 miles), and Greenville (33 miles). Designed for multigenerational family or multi-family vacations, reunions, holiday events, biking and golf groups, Clemson events, etc. Week and long weekend rentals. Open floor plan with multiple large gathering areas. Six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Great Holiday home and for all four seasons!
Private beach on large cove. Lake Keowee is a beautiful lake with very clean, clear water. You can see your toes when in the water! There is a waterfall you can ride your boat to. It is called "Party Cove".

* Large, comfortable, 8500 sq. ft. home
* Comfortably accommodates 16 guests. Additional guests are subject to a fee of $25/person/night.
Ideal for up to 16 guests. There is an additional sur charge for more than 16 guests.

* Two master bedrooms each with a king size bed

Boats on docks are private use only, but several local companies rent boats and jet skis, etc. Some even deliver them to our docks. Property manager can share those contacts as needed.

Clemson University sports activities and events, just about 15 minutes' drive!
Furman University sports activities and events, just about 30 minutes' drive!
Greenville events, restaurants, etc. 45–60-minute drive.
There are mountains close by with many hiking options with waterfalls and beautiful vistas, white water rafting, etc. Great during all 4 seasons!
There are zip lining options in the area.
There are many biking options: road biking, rails-to-trails and mountain biking areas close by.
There are great biking options on Rails-to-trails in Greenville (Swamp Rabbit Trail), Pickins and Easley (Doodle Trail).
There are nice golf courses close by. Cleamon (The Walker Course) and Fuhrman University Golf Club, which are both open to the public. Pickens Golf Club, The Rock Golf Club and Resort (open to the public), Rolling Green Golf Course in Easley, Southern Oaks Golf Course also in Easley, Etc.
Great shopping and restaurants in close by towns.

Summary: Beautiful home on Lake Keowee. Plenty of beds between the loft and bunk room for kids. Huge kitchen for family meals. The beds were firm and worn in. A few small issues over our stay but nothing major. Appliances not working as normal. Internet was spotty. Fireplaces non functional. Nothing major.

Summary: Such a wonderful long weekend spent at this beautiful home with extended family. Loved that everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom and still had a ton of communal space. Kitchen was a dream and very well-appointed!

Summary: This property was perfect for our gathering-spacious with a grand kitchen and entertainment space. Our dinner was catered by Reeves Catering, the food and service fantastic. Our guests enjoyed the lake and had fun in the evening telling stories and enjoying the view around the fire pit. This is a truly beautiful and well maintained home. and

Summary: Amazing property on every dimension. Ample room for friends and family. The kitchen is super large with every possible amenity, utensil, dish, pot/pan, etc. So many bathrooms. Rooms are very large, and spread out. TWO laundry rooms. FOUR fridges, with many ice makers. AC worked great. All smart TVs worked great. Beds were very comfortable. The general decour/style/trim/etc is the best I've seen in a rental. Outside: ample parking, excellent fire pit, gentle slope to the lake and great beach and dock. Zero negative items for this property!

Summary: We had a fantastic stay here celebrating our daughter’s graduation from college. Lots to do with the family. Even the grandparents (in there late 70’s early 80’s) enjoyed playing ping pong in the basement. We rented a boat from a nearby marina and docked it at house. Lots of kitchen space to cook for our big group.

Summary: This home is extraordinary! We are always looking for places close to Clemson, as my daughter attends school there. We spent Easter close by since she couldn’t make it home this year. This home checks all the boxes, for all ages and all occasions. The view was absolutely one of the best I’ve seen on any of the lakes. You pretty much have a panoramic view from every spot in the house. The bedrooms were extremely large as well as the bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and absolutely huge, perfect for cooking and large gatherings. There is a small private beach in the backyard next to the dock for everyone to get wet and enjoy without having to get totally submerged having to jump off of a dock, which is most cases. Paddle boards are awesome and the fire pit even better. There’s plenty of seating everywhere outside and on the porch for dining. You absolutely cannot go wrong with this home!!!

Summary: Big Water Villa was perfect for our family of 14 to spend Christmas.(8 adults, 6 kids ages 3-11) The decorations for the holiday was a nice touch. The big kitchen was a huge plus with plenty of room for multiple people to prepare meals. The 2 tables off the kitchen were good for us all to eat together. The big dining room table was perfect for working on puzzles and arts and crafts. We hope to return for a summer visit sometime in the near future.

Summary: This property was immaculate, well equipped and extremely roomy for our group of 11 guests. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host accommodated our request for late checkout which allowed us to enjoy a leisurely morning and easy checkout.
