Positive: Communication from managers was excellent. The apartment was exceptionally clean. The location was convenient for our needs. The bed was very comfy.
Negative: The only thing that needed improvement was the shower. The shower head needs replaced. The water pressure was terrible. I was glad I did not have long hair.

Positive: Loved this place!! Immaculately clean! Love the high ceilings throughout and the Nest thermostat which worked wonderfully. The number and variety of pillows on the bed and the mattress is great! Sleeping in here was so great- there are blinds AND blackout curtains, and a ceiling fan with 6 settings! Everything about the kitchen is awesome - nice new huge refrigerator with water and ice dispenser. The automatic locks were so convenient - never having to worry about a key. The water in the bathroom gets super hot and I liked the auto shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser. I appreciate that the towels are tan and black - white ones always stress me out. Having a washer and dryer was awesome. We didn't have a chance to use the backyard but I would love to come back again and do that. Checkout was a breeze. Other people mentioned noise but we never had any issues. We loved this cute place with so much space and so many amenities.
Negative: All of these are MINOR compared to the overall very positive experience and will be very easy for the owners to address. We couldn't figure out how to turn on the outdoor / front porch light near the door and thus it was kind of dark. The globe light in living room didn't work. The information provided in the listing regarding parking was not great but I figured out on my own that there is a dedicated spot behind the house that is quite convenient. Please label the shampoo vs conditioner vs body wash in the shower. Towel bars in bathroom are flimsy.
Summary: Wonderful stay - spacious, modern, comfortable, so cute.

Positive: We (2 kids & 2 adults) had a wonderful stay at this property. Great location near Forsyth park. The backyard was inviting, though we did not hang out there much during the especially hot time we visited. During cooler weather it would be a great place for a little fire and some grilling. The air conditioning ran nice and cold, which we appreciated, and the high ceilings were really nice. The grocery store was within walking distance and the kitchen had everything we needed to put together a meal. We'd love to come back for a longer stay!
Negative: No negatives come to mind.
