Positive: cleanliness, location, and southern charm.
Negative: The refrigerator's water and ice maker were not working. I contacted the host, and they said a maintenance person would be coming. That person never came. Also, the house was advertised as having a private tennis court—NO SUCH THING.
Summary: Pleasent stay, clean and in good neighborhood.

Positive: Beauty house, very clean, decor was well done. We were very comfortable. Parking was not always available. We used Uber to get around Savannah. The street is busy.

Positive: The house was wonderful. We did have some problems with the kitchen sink drain and the main bathroom drain. They sent out a plumber, but he left to get tools and never came back. We tried calling again because the air conditioning was not working the best either. The owner just happened to stop by and when we talked with him, he took care of everything very quickly. The house was amazing and very clean and we really enjoyed our stay.

Positive: Location was excellent, walking to the dot was easy. Close to all the touristy things we wanted to do but generally quiet. The back porch on the house was delightful.
Negative: Small things - make sure all the light bulbs in the lamps work. Could not find hot pad holders for pulling items out of the oven. The street is busy, so there was consistent traffic noise.
