Awesome cottage style condo in downtown Savannah with a pool. It was built in the late 1800's and is listed as a historic property. This is a great place to spend your stay in Savannah at a great price. It is about three blocks from Forsyth Park and one block from the start of the St. Patrick's Day parade. The condo is well within walking distance or a short bike ride of River Street and about a 15-20 minute drive from Tybee Island. It features a dedicated off-street parking space. The condo has been renovated and features a full kitchen with granite and stainless appliances, washer and dryer, small outside porch, living room with flat screen television, one bedroom and a pull out full size sofa in the living room. There are two original fireplaces, hardwood floors and crown moulding and trim throughout.
Everything downtown Savannah has to offer is nearby including historic tours, fine dining, tours, great nightlife, museums, mansions, art galleries, parks, coffee shops and much more!

Summary: Had never been to Savannah. The neighborhood was in easy walking distance to grocery, the park and the river. The home showed a little more wear and tear than the photos on line, but it was clean with everything we needed. The communication was seamless. Would stay there again. Enjoyed the town very much.

Summary: Was a sad and happy trip. The place was good. The manager was fantastic. The fold out couch was not the best one side was kinda broke and there was a not so attractive stain in the upper right hand corner, the bathroom vent needs cleaned, the showerhead and or presser hurt, and please frost the window in the shower. I would book again though.

Summary: The location of this VRBO is PERFECT! Close to so much awesome stuff. Residence is clean, check in and out are easy peasy. Off-street parking is a major bonus. Seriously such a great spot, thank you!!

Summary: We had a little issue at check in. Make sure you are on lane not street. The host answered immediately and walked me through where to go. Every time I communicated with the host she answered questions immediately. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Summary: The place was easy to find with the included instructions. Very clean. There’s a grocery store 2 blocks away so I was able to walk over and grab everything that I needed to cook while we were there. We enjoyed our stay and would and will stay again.

Summary: Perfect for 2 with multiple spaces to be in. Perfect location to walk to anything in Downtown Savannah, easy check-in instructions. We were completely independent and checked in and out on our own with the clear instructions given.

Summary: Perfect for 1 or 2 people. I liked that I could spread out a little in multiple rooms. Great location for sightseeing. The screen door wouldn't open so I didn't see the pool. The toilet was running due probably to a bad seal.but all in all, perfect for me
