Summary: Reception and restaurant staff were amazing, very friendly and welcoming and they were very helpful. Only issue was that there was meant to be an ice dispenser in the laundry room but doesn’t look like there was one. Everything else was perfect

Summary: You used to get biscuits, a robe and water these are no longer supplied Also the breakfast was cold, the eggs hard, the bacon hard, the beans cold all items very low quality The staff at reception are rude
