Newly updated and spacious one bedroom apartment with private balcony and picture window. Perfect for Mardi Gras celebrations and revelry. Located only a half a block from the Parade Route. Also located within a 3-mile radius of the Superdome, French Quarter. Magazine Street, the Convention Center, and the Fair Grounds and Racetrack (location of JazzFest). Garden District Charm is also very close to many fine dining and casual restaurants. Many within walking distance. This includes the world-famous Commanders Palace. We are walking distance to fancy cocktail bars and neighborhood dive bars. Getting around town is a breeze with the historic St Charles streetcar only a half a block away. We are located .3 miles from a small local grocery store for added convenience.

Summary: Property manager (Crissy) was very responsive even prior to our arrival. Location was amazing. View of St. Charles from our living room window. We were at the end of the block from parades off of St. Charles. Parking was a little tricky with Mardi Gras but that happens everywhere this time of year. Clean, easy check in and clear instructions. Outside balcony gorgeous and relaxing. Bedding and pillows were super comfortable. Kitchen with many amenities that we utilized while there. Washer and dryer were shared with bottom unit and available at all hours. Very pleased with our visit. Thank you Crissy for making this visit a memorable one.
