Rebuilt in 2015, this beautiful and well-appointed home is steps from Funland and the boardwalk, in the center of everything, and boasts 9 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, and all the amenities that a large extended family requires. Come make your vacation memories with us!
A screened porch with colorful adirondack chairs welcomes you into the great room with an inviting fireplace, living room, large open kitchen and dining room. Enjoy family movies on the 60" Smart HDTV with extended Comcast HD Cable TV service, or via login to your own streaming account.
The first floor is also home to a ADA master bedroom suite and a 2nd MBR suite with grab bars, a powder room, and a laundry/mud room leading to the backyard and outside shower.
The second floor boasts 6 more bedrooms (2 Kings, 2 twins that can push together, and 3 Queens) and 4 baths. Three of the bedrooms have views of the ocean and Funland.
On the third floor, a bonus room provides excellent views of the ocean as well as a playroom for the children, and also has three days beds with three pull out trundles, for a total of 6 beds.
All mattresses are new and are made of high-density memory foam, which is naturally anti-microbial and provides excellent support and comfort.
The driveway provides off-street parking for three full size vehicle. In addition, there is one reserved parking spot on the street.
Please note that bed linens, towels, paper products, soap products, and trash bags are not included. Guests must bring their own, or arrange for linen rentals from a local vendor.
Accessibility notes: The City of Rehoboth provides free beach wheelchairs from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. starting May 28th through September 25th. The closest storage shed is located on the beach at Laurel Street, to accommodate your needs. Wheelchairs are provided on a first come, first served basis. You will need to provide your name and cell phone number when checking out a beach wheelchair. For more information please call Rehoboth Beach Patrol. Ramps and wheelchairs in the off-season are available for rent through Grand Rental.n
No pets, emotional support animals, or young (<25) groups allowed. Service animals specifically trained to aid a disabled person are permitted and must provide documentation in advance.
Occupancy: The Residential Rentals Ordinance also regulates occupancy limitations that are permitted to be maintained for each property. The occupancy shall not exceed two persons per bedroom plus an additional two persons. Children six years of age or younger are not included in the occupant count. Over occupancy is a violation of the rental agreement and cause for termination of the lease. The property has exterior security cameras.
Church groups, Registered volleyball and baseball teams and their chaperones, and birthday parties for AARP members welcome.

Summary: Plenty of room for couples/families to be able to have their own space. A great space for lots of cousins to sleep together. Enough space to eat and hang out together. Well stocked kitchen, including an interesting assortment of spices and glasses. Plenty of puzzles and games.Easy access to shops to get your treats, meals, souvenirs, bikes, etc within a few minute walk. Also to get to the beach. Trash and recycling cans were moved to the street on the right days, so you just needed to be sure to use them. Chris was very welcoming and responsive. We felt like he cared about us and his home. This is a very comfortable home. Clean. Neat. Places to hang loads of coats, etc. Room to move. Room to put all the stuff we brought.I recommend this home and would be very happy to stay there again.

Summary: TL;DR: I'd whole heartedly recommend this listing to others and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. You can tell a lot of work went into making this house ready to welcome large groups and families. Lots of bedrooms, many with multiple beds. Two large dining tables make it easy to have meals together. Having tables in the back yard is a great touch. The second refrigerator is a huge help, too. It is extremely well located, with easy access to the beach, boardwalk, stores bars and restaurants. We stayed off season, so parking wasn't an issue, but I imagine if you're a large group with more than like three of four cars in the height of summer, I imagine you might need to strategize parking. I completely understand why bedding and towels aren't included, but I sure wish they were. I should also add that this was very clearly communicated ahead of time, so we weren't surprised. I just don't like it. We did experience one small issue during our stay, but the owner was very communicative and was quick to fix the issue. Overall, great house and great host.
