Sit back and relax in this remodeled one bedroom condo on the 4th floor
The Space:
G696 is a one bedroom loft condo located on the 4th floor of Gearhart House. Fantastic ocean view from your private deck, including Tillamook Head. Main bedroom has a Queen bed. Loft has a double bed, There is no sleeper sofa so the max occupancy is 4. Tile in main area of the condo. We do suggest that nobody under the age of 5 stay in the unit as there are open stairs to the loft and the loft only has a half wall.
Electric fireplace. Flat screen TV and DVD player.
While this condo is not pet friendly, the owner does bring theirs.
This unit has basic cookware, dishes, and silverware available. We do not provide oil, seasoning, or any other additional items. Microwave and drip coffee machine in the unit.
**Gearhart House is a non-smoking complex. Smoking is not allowed in the unit, on the decks or on the runways**

Summary: The location of this condo on the fourth floor was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed the privacy of the patio and the amazing ocean view. We could have stayed out there all night! We loved being able to watch the sunset. The condo is spacious with an extra bed in the loft, if needed. As others mentioned the stairs to the space are steep so not designed for young children. The fact that the condo is part of the Gearhart Resort made it perfect for being quiet and private beach access. Would highly recommend to others!!
