Positive: Sean was an attentive, approachable, and helpful host. Nothing was too much for him to prepare when it came to our breakfast delights. Great sense of humour too. Will definitely come back to stay and recommend to friends when we descend on the area again. It was a perfect location for all outdoor activities.

Positive: A unique Bnb experience from start to finish. Sean is a host like no other, going above and beyond to ensure you have a fantastic stay. Sean gives an extremely warm welcome, covering off the detail of the accommodation along with giving advice on the activities you may have planned for your trip. My wife and I stayed to climb Snowdon primarily, however had a number of other great experiences on Sean's reccomendation. Nothing was too much during our stay with lots of added little touches that made the trip even more enjoyable. Glyntwrog House is a beautiful traditional Welsh period property set within a beautiful part of Betws Y Coed and only a 15 minute walk into the village centre. Breakfast was a highlight! Only locally sourced ingredients are used and Sean executes them extremely well within his English/Welsh cooked Breakfast. Thank you to Sean and his wife for giving us a memorable stay. Positive: Absolutely fantastic hosting from Sean. He honestly couldn't do enough for you. We arrived early for check in and he was so accommodating. Organised an early breakfast for us as we were unfortunately having to leave early the next day. Breakfast was divine. Watching the birds from the window was just so peaceful. Me and my husband and I slept so incredibly well. All the small touches were there that you dont get in the big chain hotels. We will 100% stay here again when we are in the area.

Positive: Had a lovely visit again to this gorgeous house. Sean and Mary-Ann are wonderful hosts who will go out of their way for you. The rooms are clean, spacious, well-lit and very comfortable. The breakfast is exceptional, all locally sourced and we loved the sourdough toast. This visit was just as good as the first and we will definitely be back. James and Laura
