Summary: The home was very clean. It had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be is to maybe have a television in the master bedroom. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This property was great for our little family. Everything was very clean, beautifully decorated and well kept. I felt very comfortable with the children’s bedroom being downstairs and the master upstairs as all the doors to get outside have locks and are too heavy for small children to try to open. A few tips and this only would apply if you have nosey small children like we do. 1. Bring hair ties or rubber bands to keep all the cabinets closed so they don’t play in them/smash a finger. 2. Have something larger to block the bottom of the stairs so you aren’t chasing or saying no multiple times a day.

Summary: Nice condo with good layout and furniture. There were two problems. The access code that we were provided to check in didn’t work. It seemed like the smart lock was broken but we weren’t notified in advance. The rental manager (Vacasa) said they would sent someone to help us gain access but they never did. This caused a major problem. The second issue is that there is no lock on one of the sliding doors downstairs. This made us feel uncomfortable with our two young kids sleeping downstairs by themselves

Summary: The dishes were filthy in the cabinet when we checked in. The deck was a mess and the kitchen was ill equipped. The master shower had no where to set soap or shampoo except the floor. We have been going to Seabrook for over 30 years during the summer and this was the most disappointing rental we have ever had.

Summary: The home was beautiful and just as described. There were a few complimentary owner effects such as salt, pepper, olive oil, and beach towels that were very much appreciated. The house was clean but there were some in progress/shelving boxes on top of the fridge that we moved into the laundry room just for visuals and in order to use that space. The house across the street was under pretty heavy construction, so there was a ton of noise during the day such as drilling, hammering, and shouting. Otherwise, this was the perfect spot, close to everything, and a lovely property.

Summary: This was a nicely decorated and cozy home tucked in the trees and close to the golf course. Three decks provided great lounging and enjoying the morning bird songs. We rented bikes from alligator bike rentals and enjoyed the trails and beaches on two islands. Restaurants were numerous and close by with shopping as well.
