This freshly updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom end unit boasts three brand new decks and a charming screened porch off the kitchen, perfect for enjoying the island breeze. Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen , while the bright open floor plan of the dining room and living room invites relaxation, featuring a new sectional sofa and a 50” HDTV equipped with Xfinity and ROKU. The master bedroom, conveniently located on the first level, offers a king-sized bed, a ROKU television, and access to the screened porch. The updated bathroom features a tub/shower combination for your convenience. Upstairs, the second level has been updated with two NEW queen-sized beds, a ROKU television, and access to two patios nestled under the shade of majestic oaks. After a day of fun at the beach, unwind in the en suite bathroom, completing your perfect island retreat.
Play a round of golf, tennis, pickleball or just come relax and enjoy the beautiful beaches of Seabrook Island. This is a wonderful villa just a short walk to the Club pools and your toes in the sand.
Owner will allow (1) hypo-allergenic, non-shedding dog with required additional pet fee
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Summary: We had a wonderful visit and only wish we could have stayed longer. The unit was comfortable and beautifully done. It was very clean, set up nicely for our group of four, and in a great location. It provided all the comforts of home and it has clearly been renovated recently. We hope to come back again!

Summary: We really enjoyed our time on Seabrook Island. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It’s a quiet area with beautiful surroundings and easy access to the beach. A great spot to relax and get away for a bit. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Very clean, decorated nicely and good layout. Would def stay there again. Ice maker didn't work, so that wasn't the best, but really good overall.

Summary: Great location near the beach. Cute decor and plenty of kitchen supplies. We were allowed to take our dog for an additional fee. Only issue was the AC unit, especially the second floor.

Summary: This was a perfect property for our family vacation. The house was in a great location being close to the beach and beach club. It was well stocked and even had a lot of beach toys for us to use. It was a very relaxing vacation. Would visit again.

Summary: We loved our stay at 767 Spinnaker. As other reviewers have stated, the property is a bit dated, but we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen has ample cooking supplies and we enjoyed grilling out on the deck one night. We came with our infant son and dog, and access to the beach was so easy, even with all that we had to carry. We spent mornings on the beach and came home for naps during the hottest parts of the day. The screened-in porch off the kitchen was a nice shady spot for us. We were very happy and comfortable here and are already planning our next trip to Seabrook. It's a wonderful community. Thank you!

Summary: A wonderful spot for celebrating Thanksgiving. The home was very comfortable and included all the meal prep items we needed. The beds were very comfortable and all the living areas helped us truest enjoy our week. The location of the home on Seabrook was awesome and allowed us to walk on the beach everyday. The pre-stay communications were VERY helpful and complete. We will be back! 100% recommend.
