Gorgeous, spacious beach home in a perfect location to enjoy with your family and friends! Truly a home away from home. Just a short block from the private beach with 12 badges provided! Spacious, open concept with 5 bedrooms & 4.5 baths which sleeps 12. Wonderful patio outside for entertaining. Enjoy seating, grill, outdoor shower and multiple balconies. Quick walk to the beach, bay, restaurants, markets, ice cream, mini golf, and shops. Also enjoy biking, the nearby playground, tennis and basketball courts when not at the beach!
Relax and enjoy your stay in our large, beautifully decorated beach home with space for everyone! Open concept with high ceilings and lots of windows throughout. Very bright and airy. The first floor features a fully equipped newly remodeled kitchen, 2 dining table areas which seat 12 total, an island with 3 barstools, a spacious and comfortable family room, and a convenient powder room.
Home has 5 comfortable bedrooms, 3 with en suite bathrooms plus a 4th hall bathroom. 1 King bed, 3 Queen beds and 4 twin beds. 4 bedrooms have balconies. Multiple smart TVs throughout and a 2nd floor laundry room for your convenience.
Outside you'll find a wonderful private fenced in backyard patio with dining furniture, relaxing seating area, a grill and an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after a great day at the beach. Driveway parking for 4 cars. Enjoy the front porch and multiple balcony areas with seating to relax. There is also a ping pong table, cornhole, games, bikes, 10 beach chairs, beach cooler, beach toys and a beach cart for your enjoyment. All you need to do is bring your sheets and towels. Or if you prefer, we are happy to arrange linen rental for you through Coastal Linen Supply.

The home is located in a great location with quick and easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops, tennis, mini golf and so much more. Ride your bikes (or ours) to enjoy all that Lavallette has to offer!
We provide a roll of toilet paper in all the bathrooms, 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen, some hand soap, dish soap, washing machine detergent tablets to get you started as well white garbage bags. The kitchen also has a coffee maker. For food and other necessities, Lasolas market (open in summer) is just steps away, Wawa is a short walk a few blocks away, or you can drive over to ACME grocery store.
Sleeping arrangements:
The home has 5 bedrooms. The second floor has 4 bedrooms: three bedrooms have queen beds (2 en suite baths) and 1 bedroom sleeps 4 with twin trundle beds. In the hallway, there is also a full bath with a tub. The master bedroom on the 3rd floor has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a tub and shower. Pillows and comforters/blankets are in the home. All you need to do is bring your sheets and towels! Or if you prefer, we are happy to arrange linen rental for you through Coastal Linen Supply.

Summary: House was amazing. My family and I stayed here to attend a family wedding. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which made everything super easy. Summary: Our family had the best vacation week at "Coastal Serenity Retreat". Our host, Jeannette and Paul's house is staged so beautifully and with amazing quality items from the beds to the beach equipment and bikes. We truly felt at home immediately upon arrival and appreciated the ultra-cleanliness of this property. We didn't want to leave and look forward to returning again in the future. Jeannette and Paul are the most response hosts ever which we so appreciated. Great location, great house, great vacation! Superb property!!

Summary: We had an amazing stay at Jeannette & Paul's "Coastal Serenity!" Their home was beautiful from top to bottom, inside and out. The décor was great and the home was full equipped with everything you would ever need from all the kitchenware to games, bikes, beach chairs, beach badges and even my favorite, a ping pong table! The layout was great with a bright open concept first floor perfect for entertaining and large spacious bedrooms to accommodate everyone. We loved the location with the proximately to the beach, restaurants and everything else. Paul and Jeannette were extremely organized and informative with an easy check-in/check out process and were easy to reach and very responsive if we needed anything. We can't wait for our next stay...thank you!!!
