MAIN LEVEL: a large kitchen/dining area with bar height seating for 8+ people. Kitchen provides EVERYTHING you will need to cook and serve: Plates, glasses, mugs, platters, pots/pans, COFFEE STATION -drip coffee maker, espresso/cappuccino maker, and frother. MAIN LEVEL also offers 3 bedrooms with new queen size beds and a beautiful full bath with double sinks. The great room boasts a fireplace, large 65” flat screen TV, dry bar with ice machine as well as beverage and wine refrigerators. French doors lead to a massive deck with private walk onto the beach. Outdoor lounging and dining areas seat 10+ guests.
UPPER LEVEL: 1 King and 1 Queen ensuite bedrooms each with it’s own luxurious spa bathroom. Upper level also provides another family room with large 65” flat screen TV, Peloton bike, weights, and yoga area. Sliding doors lead to a deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
LOWER LEVEL: 1 room with 4 twins, or covert to king bed. A family room with large TV, bathroom, laundry room w/washer & dryer, and access to garage.

Mantoloking is located only 10 mins away from Bayhead/Point Pleasant train station. Nestled between two major towns: Point Pleasant and Sea Side these towns offer boardwalks with many attractions, such as rides, arcades, mini golf, and Jenkinson’s Aquarium. They are incredibly entertaining for both adults and children. There are three towns that are close enough to bike to, Lavalette, Ortely, and Normandy Beach. These beach communities have wonderful restaurants, ice cream shops and shopping,
Walking distance only 1 block from the house is “Charlie’s” a farmers stand with Fresh fruit, vegetables, and daily grocery needs. They have fresh breads pastries and their famous cheesecake is the creamiest cheesecake ever. Adjacent is a cafe offering breakfast and lunch. Only a 7 minute walk to Blu Sushi. Best !! Sushi /Japanese cuisine in the area with outdoor dining.

Summary: We had a wonderful time.. a three generation summer celebration with the easiest access to beach ever! The kids loved having our own beach area and just a few steps more to the beach-- with lifeguards! I highly recommend it for a great family vacation spot. Everything and more as promised.

Summary: "Ease and luxury" sums it up for this wonderful beachfront property. The beach is just steps away, plenty of relaxing and living space in the home, a fresh food market and bakery just steps in the other direction. I would love to stay again, should the opportunity arise.

Summary: We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to rent this beautiful home on the beach!! This is a home that is meant to be shared with family and friends and we certainly did that. There are two master suites on the upper level which made it wonderful for having another couple or family come to visit. There is plenty of room for teenagers or kids to sleep. The beds are super comfortable and I felt like I was at a beautiful hotel because every convenience you could think of was provided. The owners were beyond accommodating and lovely to deal with. They knew we had a long drive arriving on Saturday and arranged for the cleaning service to come early and allowed us to check in at 11 AM. This was wonderful and gave us the day to shop and get settled with still time to enjoy the beach day. The beach is one of the nicest I have ever been on at the New Jersey store.. there are lifeguards and although the home comes with eight beach badges no one even checks.. Due to COVID, many restaurants were short on staff and it was very difficult to get reservations so we did a lot of grilling in the beautiful backyard.. there is a fire pit and the kids roasted marshmallows at night while listening to music as the house is equipped with Sonos throughout inside and out. My son is a 16-year-old and of course he most permitted to have three of his friends down for much of the time. The house is stocked with bicycles, boogie boards and all sorts of games which kept them quite busy…. They could not of had more fun! My very favorite part of each morning was sitting outside on the upper terrace and drinking coffee while just taking in that beautiful ocean view. It is perfect for watching a magnificent sunrise because all you need to do is roll out of bed a little before 6 AM watch it and tumble back into bed and sleep in. There are plenty of delis and a wonderful Italian specialty store very close by which was very convenient for picking up lunches, dinners and snacks. If you decide to experience this NJ shore oasis you will make many great memories! Thank you to the very gracious and accommodating owners for sharing their lovely home with us.

Summary: From the very first communication with Marilice upon booking, she was not only professional and courteous, she was also incredibly welcoming with our family renting her home. She provided many tips and guidelines to make our stay wonderful including where to find local goodies, food, and anything we needed. About 200 feet away is Charlie’s Market, which is the cutest little shop with delicious food, baked goods and an awesome farmers market. Marilice Provided all that you would need, which including beach bikes, beach chairs and toys, umbrellas, gym equipment, a Foos ball table, and housewide Sonos to make a beach day extraordinary! With the proximity to the private beach, and an exquisitely furnished home, we’d recommend this property to anyone looking for the highest quality at the Jersey Shore!

Summary: We’ve been renting houses at the Jersey shore for many, many years and this house was our favorite! Everything about this home was fantastic: perfect layout for a very big family, super comfortable beds(never have we slept so well in a rental house honestly), HUGE deck, views to die for. The beach the house is located on is absolutely beautiful: wide, clean, not crowded. Nicest outdoor shower we’ve ever seen, plenty of seating and places to relax, great bar area with separate ice maker, bikes...truly every detail for a perfect vacation which is exactly what we had. Marilice is a warm, thoughtful owner who truly understands the value of a family vacation at the Jersey shore. We’re so grateful for the new memories we made at this very special home and cannot wait for next summer!
