One block from the beach! Newly renovated home that has 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths plus an outside shower and central air. Home is great for family fun and entertaining - fenced-in yard, very large deck, grill and outside shower. Comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. This home is on a quiet residential street with off-street parking. We will consider your request for a pet to join in on the vacation fun and request an additional pet fee and more information on your fur-family member. Just walk to the beach and relax! We discount our rates in the off-season (Fall, Winter, Early Spring). Sorry but we DO NOT rent to prom groups, graduation groups or parties under 25 years of age. We do not include beach badges. Message me for off season rental rates.

Summary: Had a great time. Home was exactly as described in listing. We had a short walk to beach and a short drive to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: This is a comfortable home in a great location. Nice open floor plan on first floor with generous sized bedrooms which allowed all of us to spread out and relax. Theresa was a very responsive and communicative host who genuinely wanted to address any concern and do whatever was needed for us to enjoy our stay.

Summary: This was our first trip to Lavallette in many years. Wanted the grandchildren to experience a week at the shore, and they loved it. House was spacious enough for our family, nicely decorated and well stocked for our needs.

Summary: My family and I gathered here for a lovely week at the shore. This house is perfectly located - one block to the left is a beautiful, clean, quiet beach and one block to the right was the bay, with a fantastic playground in the sand for the kids. We spent the morning on the playground and the afternoons on the beach. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Theresa, the owner, was very responsive and easy to work with. We really enjoyed our stay!
