Summary: We had the most comfortable stay and really enjoyed the view from our balcony. The sounds of the waves at night brought such peace yet it felt like we were a part of the ocean. Such a recharge. Thankful.

Summary: This place was super cozy! It was safe, and had easy access to the beach. Keep in mind, these building are a little older. But for the price and the comfort, beautiful view, great communication with the host. My trip was wonderful!! Thank You Again

Summary: I liked the fact that it was far enough away from all of the tourists, but close enough to main tourist areas. The property was clean and very cozy. I appreciated that Rafael was easy to contact, and a pleasure to do business with. I will be back soon and will be staying here again.

Summary: Very nice view of the beach. Good communication with owner. It was good for me and my daughter- anymore it would had be too much. It is a little un down, but great for price! I would recommend.

Summary: Great location in a safe area. Beautiful views from the room and very clean beaches just walking distance from gated condominium. Also walking distance from restaurants and grocery store. Staff was professional and helpful. This was my first time in PR and nothing but a good experience.

Summary: The room was excellent. Very clean. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen was great and fully stocked. The main reason to book this is the private balcony with an unobstructed view of the beach.
