#1: All Locals must communicate with us before booking.
#2: All persons will follow and respect all guidelines listed in the house rules. You can find the house rules in the listing.
#3: This is a self check-in property, you certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that your being provided by VRBO through either the house manual or the check-in guide. You can find the house manual next to the welcome binder once you walk in the property.
#4: You also agree that you will not contact your VRBO host before reading your house manual.
#5: There is a $300 per day smoking fee if smoking anywhere but the designated smoking area. There is a $100 Late check-out fee if your check-out is unauthorized.
#6: You agree that you are booking in goodwill, with your host and that you will not attempt to damage your hosts’ business because you are unhappy with a ruling by VRBO or the hosts in the event that you experience anything dissatisfying in regards to your stay or if you lose a resolution so you are now waiting your right to a trial if we sue you and if we sue you and this has to go to trial for any reason you agree to pay all court costs, etc.
#7: Occupancy inside or outside the property cannot exceed 8 persons! Unless communicated otherwise through message on this VRBO platform with your host.
No smoking inside the house, no parties, no pets . There is a smoking designated area in the front patio. Must empty out fridge completely. Only the 4 ice packs should be in there when checking out please and condiments provided.
Please kindly be mindful of your check out time.
- If house needs extra cleaning, due to an enormous amount of mess, cleaning fee will be doubled!. -Pool net must be put on if it is not put back before check out, there will be a penalty of $100.
-BBQ if used , must be cleaned, cooled off and covered and always put in the lanai ( the screened off area) to avoid a charge.
- If you would like the pool to be heated during your stay for a fee , kindly ask. Fees vary depending on duration of stay.and Themed parks!

Summary: The house is nicely furnished and decorated. Lots of open space so you don’t feel cramped and everyone has plenty of space. The yard and pool are well kept and nice place to relax and enjoy. The host does a great job and communicates very well.

Summary: My family and I are local but decided to book this beautiful home for my daughter’s first birthday party. The accommodations were amazing! The home is very well decorated and has absolutely everything you may need for your stay besides the food of course. Very conveniently located to all major grocery stores and Walmart is right down the street. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The pool was our favorite part! You have the option for heating as well. The back yard is very spacious and the communication with the owner was awesome. She is extremely friendly and very quick to reply! Highly recommend this rental! We will definitely be renting again in the future!

Summary: The house was perfect. Not to far from Tampa and the beaches, a quiet neighbourhood. The house was super clean, with load and load of stock from baby stuff, to games, and spices and oil, almost everything! The owner was super sweet and prompt to respond. It was a great experience and a great vacation! Thanks!

Summary: First off I can’t put enough emphasis on how awesome and gorgeous this home is. The host has definitely thought about everything. We stayed with our 3 grandkids and had a small Family pitch in and pool party. This home didn’t disappoint, it helped make this gathering the best ever!. We asked for the pool heater and so glad We did. The kids loved and lived in the pool. The neighborhood is beautiful , safe, clean and quiet. It does have a noise cut off at 9:30 but this never hindered our stay at all. It is close to everything you might need, Walmart, Dollar General, Publix and various restaurants and gas stations. Golden Paradise was by far the best VRBO that we have stayed at in the area. We will definitely be back sooner than later.. if your able to book, definitely do, it won’t disappoint!
