Positive: We literally lived at the pool!! it was so relaxing, fun, and enjoyable. the kids had a great time. We enjoyed the daily activities, sip & paint, making tequila, aqua jumping and so much more.

Positive: I really enjoyed the location, the welcoming environment, the night shows, the variety of activities and dining options, as well as the excellent cleaning service.
Negative: I was disappointed by the lack of clear information regarding tour pick-up locations. I missed a Xcaret tour because I wasn’t informed that the meeting point was on the street rather than in the hotel lobby.

Positive: I recently stayed at the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun for 4 nights and 5 days, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the service quality was exceptional — the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The food was absolutely amazing with a wide variety of delicious options that satisfied every craving. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were top-notch, and every detail — from housekeeping to in-room services — was meticulously taken care of. The beach was beautiful, the sea crystal clear, and the hotel offered a wide range of activities that kept us entertained throughout our stay. There was karaoke, and every evening featured a different themed entertainment — one night we enjoyed a White Silent Party, another night featured vibrant Mexican dancing, and there was also another fun party (whose name I can’t recall) that added even more to the fun atmosphere. While daytime poolside entertainment options were limited — which could be a slight downside for some — the evenings more than made up for it with live music, themed events, and great ambiance after dinner. Overall, I give this hotel a solid 10 out of 10. I would absolutely love to return and stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing yet entertaining vacation with outstanding service in Cancun!
