Positive: The hotel was beautiful with a stunning dining room and attractive gardens and outdoor pool. It was very tranquil and relaxing. The hotel has some great cafes and restaurants nearby. The reception staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a range of different hot and cold items to choose from.
Negative: The hotel could have have benefited from hiring more staff, as it seemed to be one or two rather overworked staff doing everything. It was billed as a four-star hotel but didn't seem up to that level in terms of overall experience: it just doesn't have a four-star hotel's level of professional "polish", attentive service or convenience. Everything seemed slightly run down and in need of modernisation. though it should take care to maintain that historic charm. It's not a bad hotel, but if you're expecting a four-star experience, you might be slightly disappointed.
Summary: It's not "four stars", but it is a beautiful hotel

Positive: What can i say, everything about this property was fantastic.. The location, the facilities and the staff could not find a thing to fault.. The pool area was amazing so much room and space for guests all day.. The service in the pool bar was 10/10.. Breakfast was great, the staff remembered our coffees and had them organised for us as soon as we walked into the room. Allessandro was our favourite employee, so friendly and so welcoming. Trastvere is a 10 minute walk from here and what a buzz so full of life day and night. You must try a Trapizzino they are to die for.

Positive: The room and bed were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options. The staff was helpful and professional. The pool was lovely but snacks and drinks rather expensive.
Negative: The lobby was over perfumed and not a pleasant smell. Parts of the hotel were tired and needed updated especially the suede wallpapered areas. Very 1980's. The location was far from the action but we figured out the bus system so it worked out.

Positive: It was a retreat and a resort. Really good get away from the hustle of Rome. I liked that it was out of the city center. We really enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed staying at a full service hotel. The neighborhood is great and worth a walk to the neighborhood enotecas and gelatarias. The staff was very professional and attentive.
Negative: Small complaint- I didn’t like the strong smell of the lobby.
Summary: Would definitely stay again.

Negative: The rooms are too small and the shower is ridiculously tiny! Not comfortable at all. No iron unless you ask for it.
