Summary: Nice small studio that everything we needed. Nice terrace to relax in the evening and far enough out of town that you can enjoy some truly local food but still close enough to walk or taxi into the city.Maurizio was great! He gave us a guided tour when we arrived that gave us a quick overview or Trastevere and Rome highlights. We were very happy to have chosen this place to stay. Next visit to Rome we will be staying here.

Summary: Maurizio is incredible! So generous with his time, gave us a wonderful tour of the Trastevere area when we arrived to help us understand the area. Amazing terrace, equipped with a big bed, small kitchen, and bathroom. Maurizio, thank you for your attentiveness to us, and your kindness and helpfulness! I would go out of my way if I can ever come back to make it to this accommodation.

Summary: Property is great for a short break , in a good area with plenty of local shops and places to eat. Good bus service from the stop outside with a 5 min trip into the city, great terrace to sit and eat , and it is peaceful.

Summary: This small apartment is in a really nice and safe neighbourhood. Has everything you need and it is away from the hustle and bustle of Rome but close enough to walk if you want. Public transportation was very good and on time. Trastevere has a lot of charm. Nice restaurants, markets etc. The best part of the apartment is the private patio. Maurizio and his wife are great hosts and local guides if you need anything during your stay.

Summary: The studio was actually a bit larger than I’d anticipated and was perfect for me and my teenager to share. We both loved the terrace, as most days of our stay it was warm enough to have breakfast and dinner out there, with views of the sunset over the Trastevere rooftops. The bed was very comfortable and all necessary items were provided in both the bathroom and kitchen. Our host, Maurizio, could not have been more kind and helpful! As others have mentioned (which was why I booked this place!), he collected us from the local train station and also gave us about an hour’s guided tour (by car) of the local Gianicolo Hill area.

Summary: Small, well equipped, secure, wonderful neighborhood and amenities. Thus was our first time in Rome and i cannot imagine imagine a better combination of access to sites and activities and opportunities to see how how one part of Rome lives.

Summary: I enjoyed my four weeks in Rome, especially because I could return "home" to a quiet area after sightseeing all day. The studio and the rooftop terrace is an independant unit in the building. Even if the facilities are a little old, everything works, and are as described and shown on the pictures: a small room with a kingsize bed, plus kitchen and bathroom.All the former rewiews are true, and Maurizio is very, very kind and helpfull. Thank you very much.

Summary: The flat was lovely and perfect for what we needed for our short trip. It was snug, but definitely enough room for two people. The private terrace was a real bonus as even in February we were able to wind down in the evening. The bus route towards the city goes from about 5 mins away, and returning drops right at the door, so well connected if out of the way. Would recommend for traditional couples.
