Summary: The Condo was so nice. Ground level made it easy to get out to the beach and pool. We loved that the property was gated all the way around with codes. Loved that this place had everything even a pack n play and crockpot. The company stayed in contact making sure we were happy throughout our stay.

Summary: Looked exactly like the pictures, very clean, spacious place. Provided all the amenities one could wants, from laundry detergent to beach chairs and towels. I couldn't have asked for more. Zareh was great at communicating and responded very quickly to any questions. Within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. If I'm ever back in Cocoa Beach, I wouldn't stay anywhere else.
