Summary: Too many kids just allowed to take over the pool and hot tub with very little, if any supervision. Owner assures us it is usially not like that and it was just due to the timing of spring break. Pool was heated nicely and both pool and hot tub closely maintained. All areas in and out of the unit very clean. Would stay here again but not during spring break.

Summary: Beautiful condo with fully stocked kitchen made grilling out by the pool super easy with walk out private beach access. This was the perfect long weekend getaway. The owner was super nice and easy to communicate with when we had a question and made great local recommendations. We had an awesome time. The walk out access to beach and pool made putting our 9 month old baby down for naps really easy when he got sleepy.

Summary: This is a fantastic property. We have stayed in many home rentals and this might be the best. This unit is on the ground level with easy access to the beach and pool area. And the building is located in a great location on the Sandestin property. We used the beach chairs, umbrellas, and games during our stay. It was so nice to have these items in the unit. Communication with the owner was easy - she quickly answered any questions I had before and during our stay. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Sandestin.

Summary: We loved everything about this vacation. The condo was steps away from pool and beach. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The beach was private so it wasn’t packed! Beds were super comfy, plenty of beach stuff! We have nothing negative to say.
