Summary: My family stayed in an arch facing room, and unlike other reviewers we didn’t notice any excessive road noise coming from the interstate. We were staying on the 12th floor, and the hallway was uncomfortably warm. Thankfully, our room A/C was operational, but seemed to struggle. Check-in was quick and polite, but getting from the lobby to the parking garage is a challenge. Traffic directional flow is not marked very well. Breakfast was excellent, amenities were great as well, and my family had a great experience at the pool. I would enjoy staying here again in the future.

Summary: They say pet friendly but, you have to cross 2 streets and walk a block to take your dog out. There are homeless people not far away under the bridge. There were 3 elevators but one did not work. It was a hassle to have to use your room key in the elevator. I was not aware of the parking fee $30 until I checked out.

Summary: This would have been a fabulous stay if the air conditioning was working properly. The maintenance team addressed the issue promptly and did all they could at the time. Our AC was able to cool us enough that we were able to sleep, but not any cooler than 72°. The room units seem to be failing throughout the hotel. We were lucky to arrive right at check in time, so our unit was serviced shortly after we brought up the issue, but I can’t imagine the team had time to work on all the units in the hotel that weren’t working g on a very hot and sold out day. All the staff were incredibly kind and gracious with the difficult situation. Hats off to them.

Summary: Great place to stay, staff is so friendly and helpful. Place is clean and close to everything. Bed wasn’t great and neither was the breakfast, but we were ok with that because everything else was fabulous!
