Summary: Room changed without notice after I selected in app. Front desk staff doesn’t acknowledge guests as they come in. Shear Curtains in room ripped and blackout curtains would not open all the way for natural light.

Summary: All the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The front desk staff recommended nearby restaurants. The gentleman, who worked in the breakfast area suggested good sights to visit. And the cleaning staff were polite and seemed genuinely happy to be working there.
