Renovated and newly furnished in 2024, Happy Ours is exactly what you have been looking for in your next Florida vacation. This 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom home offers lots of space for the whole family, a screened in outdoor patio, and most importantly, a private heated pool.
As you enter the front door, you will we welcomed by tall ceilings and thoughtfully decorated interior. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, smart TV, sliding door acccess to the screened in patio, as well as an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower. On the opposite side of the home you will find two guest bedrooms with a queen size bed and TV, as well as two twin size beds. Guest bathrooms share a hallway bathroom with shower/ tub combination. Although we don't recommend bringing any work along during your stay, we understand that you may not always be able to escape such responsibility and an office with desk is available as well.
The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and lots of cooking utensils, and the dining table seats up to 6 people. A small breakfast nook table for 4 people is available inside the kitchen space along with a full size washer and dryer behind closet doors.
The outdoor area offers a large screened in patio with dining table that seats up to 6 people, as well as a propane BBQ. Just outside the patio is the private heated pool and a few sunloungers with umbrella. The two car garage is available to you during your stay.

Summary: The location was perfect. Quick to shopping, golf courses, and downtown Bradenton and Sarasota. The kitchen was beautifully stocked with nice dishes, pans, patio ware, and glasses. The layout was nice and we enjoyed the patio and pool and loungers. Pickleball courts were an added surprise. The most significant improvement needs is firmer mattresses and measuring cups. Alex was very responsive to communication.

Summary: The neighborhood was exceptionally quiet! The check in process was smooth and any questions were answered quickly. The house was very roomy, clean and well maintained. We didn't get to use the pool but it was clean. Would stay again!!

Summary: Nice area and neighborhood. House was nice and the management people were very nice. Just wish they had fixed the plumbing and refrigerator issues before we arrived since they knew about the problems for a while. Overall, it was a good vacation.

Summary: This was a great location, close to family in Sarasota. The house had its quirks (shower rod that wouldn’t stay up, missing toilet paper holder, etc). Our 14 month old loved the pool and how close we were to the park. We probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again; but it served its purpose. 8/10.

Summary: The property is more than enough for four adults and two children. It has a very beautiful and cozy setup. It’s about 30 minutes from the beaches and only 5 minutes from Publix if you need to run out for anything.

Summary: Our trip started with the hurricane but that didn’t stop us from enjoying every minute of our vacation! The house was amazing and had everything we needed!!! The pool was amazing and the back yard was absolutely beautiful ❤️ Loved that they leave the garage door openers, so convenient! Communication was fast and great. Will 💯 book again!!!

Summary: This property was perfect for our needs while we were visiting family in the area. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. It was clean and spacious. The house is in a nice neighborhood with a community pool and playground. It’s close to shopping and restaurants. Beaches are about 30 mins away. The kids loved the pool. We greatly appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that were there to use for a day trip to the beach. The check in process was easy and management was quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This was such an amazing home with everything you need. The neighborhood is very nice and the neighbors were very friendly. There was so much included. There was a key pass for a playground, tennis courts and community pool. We have family in Sarasota and love siesta key and this was in a reasonable distance for everything. We would definitely like to book again
