Positive: For the money the property was acceptable and the location was good. However, the heated pool was not working and the pool not usable for the first few days. Then without warning a man came onto the property to fix the pool and stayed for a few hours to correct the problem. We would have expected the courtesy of a heads up call that he was coming; kinda startling for us as we weren’t sure who he was.
Negative: The pictures on the advertisement were deceiving in my opinion and it looked way bigger; showing another living-room area with much more space available. The patio lounge chair cushions were completely worn out; the grill cooking surface was rusty and had to be covered in order to use it, there were no instructions for how to use light switches inside and out (very unusual switches), the towels could use a good hot water and bleach washing, and a minor point only provided with a few extra rolls of toilet paper.
Summary: The home was adequste and kids enjoyed the pool once the heater was fixed; think owners should be more aware of conditio

Negative: When it rained all of the gutters were clogged up so when you walk out the front door, you get soaking wet cause the water is pouring on the walkway . People charge $250 cleaning fee they need to clean them gutters before charging that much.

Positive: It was very clean, and the owner was quite informative. If something was wrong, she acted quickly to solve the issue.
Negative: It was kind of hot during the day, but it was Florida, but it was manageable. Everything was very clean, not really anything I didn’t like about it. I definitely wanna go back.
