The villa has two large reception rooms furnished in a comfortable relaxed style. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large cooker, fridge freezer with ice water feature and a dishwasher. We provide both electric and stove top kettles, coffee makers and a large toaster. You will find crock pots, a smoothie maker and a full pan set for cooking large meals amongst other kitchen accessories.
A spacious quiet dining room has a table with seating for 6. A smaller dining table in the kitchen seats four alongside a breakfast bar seating two. There is a further table on the pool deck area seating four alongside a new full size gas BBQ for guests to use at no cost.
The heated swimming pool has a child safety net under a screened cage.
A washer and dryer are in a separate room. There is a king bed in the master, queen bed in second and twin beds in third bedroom all with pillow top mattresses. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions and bedside radios.

Summary: VERY NICE HOUSECOULD USE NEW COUCHES IN FAMILY ROOM, THERE A LITTLE MUSTY OR PERHAPS AN ANIMAL HAD STAYED MY ALLERGIES REALLY FLAIRED UP. BBQ IS NOT NEW FLAMES SHOOTING OUT.HOUSE SHOULD BE DEEP CLEANED, BASEBOARDS MOULDINGS ETC, DIRTY.LAYOUT OF HOUSE IS VERY NICE, THANKS FOR HAVING THE POOL WARM WHEN WE ARRIVED. UNFORTUNATLY WE COULD NOT GET THE ICE MAKER TO WORK. OVER ALL VERY NICE STAY AND WOULD COME BACK AGAIN.

Summary: The 3 bedroom house was lovely and very quick communication with owners. Pool at house was nicely heated. Community center larger pool was also fun for the kids to use.

Summary: I did not like having to buy laundry detergent to do sheets. It was requested by management to start laundering the sheets. There was an empty bottle there.

Summary: Very pleased with this villa. The villa was exactly as described. The owners were very responsive and obviously love their property and take that extra effort in making their home extremely homely. Several nice touches eg. providing additional items you would find useful but not included in alot of villa inventories. It is well located for Anma Maria Island,Siesta Key and Lido Key beaches. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home.

Summary: Great owners. Had to call property manager for a problem, came within the hour and problem solved. Great neighborhood. Peaceful and quiet. Everyday shopping, restaurants very close. Pool was clean. We had a wonderful trip and felt like we were coming home after a long day sightseeing.
