Negative: It was very loud at night. With the windows closed you could hear conversations outside the building. In the room there is not a bedside table with a lamp next to every bed. You have to get out of bed to turn the light on or off

Positive: Location and view were great. The house was extremely well stocked, better than most. Property managers Brad and Laurie were outstanding. They were kind, welcoming and responsive. We really appreciated Laurie's suggestions for local restaurants and things to see. Brad promptly addressed the various maintenance issues with the house. Our experience would not have been positive without them. I can't praise them enough.
Negative: The owners did not communicate well. I had a few questions prior to deciding on this property, I never received a response. I suggest that the owners consider having potential guests communicate directly with the property managers who are very responsive. The house is in need of some basic maintenance. Master bedroom door was missing slats, so had no privacy. Lost power twice when using hair dryer. Window screens and screen door are in disrepair, gives a negative impression when you arrive. Umbrella on deck was broken. The hallway outside the second bathroom only had a screen door leading to the deck, nothing to prevent an intruder from coming into the hallway from the exterior of the house. We didn't safe using it a night.

Positive: The location was perfect and it fit all of our family members. We wanted to be right on the beach and my kids loved it. I especially loved sitting on the deck in the evening and early morning to just listen and watch the waves. It was nice to have beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, umbrella and beach toys with this rental. The hosts, Brad and Laurie, were amazing! If we needed anything, they were there and so friendly. Also, Laurie makes some dang good cookies. We couldn't have asked for better hosts.
Negative: The kitchen needed a little better lighting for cooking.
Summary: Perfect for our needs. I would definitely book this property again.

Positive: Loved being able to sit on the deck and watch the ocean, surfers and sea turtles. Beautiful sandy beach and close to great snorkeling spots without having to fight for parking.
