This studio is for one guest only that will not have additional visitors to the property.
This lovely studio comes with a nice deck in the garden, small kitchenette for simple meals, bike, internet, parking, cable. Walk or bike Sunset Point and V-land beaches is very close and only a few minutes.
This little studio comes with a beautiful marble bathroom with shower. Nice but small deck space. The kitchenette has a medium sized fridge, two burner hot plate, toaster oven, french press coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, sink, counter, table , and chairs.
This studio is NOT offered to cigarette smokers or serious drinkers.
A clean and peaceful studio for one person. 1 Queen bed. We are looking for quiet and respectful guest that will not have other visitors.
Sunset Point has beautiful white sand beaches in both directions! With the most amazing water quality. 5 minutes to Turtle Bay, 15 minutes to town of Haleiwa.

This sweet little studio is through the back garden with deck space, bikes on Sunset Pt. ocean side from Kam and ocean end of street. Teds Bakery is walking distance. Away from Kam hwy noise on ocean end of street in Sunset Pt. The Surf Ohana Studio is a peaceful and quiet spot on Sunset Point with garden, deck, cable, AC, bike, private bathroom and entry .
30 day minimum is our state requirement out of tourist areas.
Surf Ohana Studio does have off street parking for one small car and bikes included. There is also a washer and dryer. And new AC.

Summary: What a gem of a studio!!! Clean bright and awesome best describes the place. I enjoyed coffee on the small deck in the mornings listening to all the birds surrounded by lush tropical plants and flowers. Even with the shots of rain we had it was a magical spot!!!! Being a surfer I loved the location. Having a bike with the rental was so nice I never drove to any of the surf breaks from Log Cabins to V-Land and everywhere in between. Joy and Bob were very nice and easy to deal with. I never needed them for anything however I knew they were just a phone call away. All in all I look forward to my return next spring!!!

Summary: Once I arrived, I rarely used the rental car as the host provided a bicycle. The property is close to Sunset Beach and Pipeline. Will definitely return.

Summary: Absolutely loved this spot and will be staying with Bob and Joy at some of their other locations on the North shore of Oahu. The space was perfect and the usage of the bikes and some personal guidance of the local area by Bob himself really made me feel at home rather then on vacation. Summary: This property sits far enough away from Kam Highway that you never hear it. On top of that the doors and windows are new double pane and seal out any noise should you want to close off the outside.This is unusual in HI as most houses are built with cheap thin windows or jalousie windows. There is a fan and AC if it's too hot. The fan is usually enough. The queen size bed is comfortable and equipped with a removable memory foam topper so you can either go supper soft or firm. The room is also equipped with a nice TV and soundbar. You can also use the soundbar with your Bluetooth phone or computer to watch movies and such too. Fast internet makes this an easy proposition. The shower is very spacious with an overhead rain style head or side mount shower. The shower is unusually nice for such a small place. I also really appreciated the privacy given to me. I almost never saw anyone. When needed though, the hosts were easily reachable and very responsive via phone or text. I would highly recommend this place to any single person or couple looking for a nice and inexpensive place to stay. There isn't much room for luggage and clothes. For one person it's plenty but for two it could get tight. It's Hawaii though and you don't need much. There is a washer and dryer on sight so for longer stays; don't bring as much and plan to do a load or two during your stay.
