Summary: Traveled to Ft Myers to visit family - over all the house was lovely with beautiful views!!!! and we enjoyed our stay - good communication. Only issue was no hot water in master bedroom- I think the Cartridge in the shower was installed wrong- personal experience, we had ants in the kitchen and the air was continually resetting itself to 78 degrees. It was hot and we were constantly monitoring the air, annoying. I gave a 4 star for these things, saying that we were so busy I did not want to waste time waiting for repairs, so we sucked it up. *We were excited to go kayaking, but when fishing there were alligators near the dock, so we decided against that. Would stay again! Convenient to everything!

Summary: The property was well maintained,although the surrounding property’s were still damaged from the hurricane. A few improvements need to be made. Hand rails need to be installed on the front porch, also hand rails need to be installed in other places, including the pool. But all in all a very good property.
