Summary: Me and my family had the best time here for our 1st family vacation. The host was very responsive and awesome. We all slept like babies in the house, it was very clean and nicely set up. We would definitely book this place again.

Summary: We had a great stay at this VRBO. It’s a wonderful location with a couple of miles of the capital and FSU. The kitchen was well equipped and the back porch was great for coffee in the morning and wine at night. The beds were super comfortable. The host was great.

Summary: Came in town for a disc golf tournament at Tom Brown park. The rental was a perfect location only 10 minutes away and had lots of dining options right around the corner. Candice was great with communication and made the experience excellent.

Summary: My group stayed here during a football weekend. It was beautifully decorated. It’s clear the owner wanted to make this townhouse a restful haven. It was mostly well executed. The owner provided extra blankets upon request. Some things to address are the dishwasher odor, extra face clothes

Summary: This property was as described, very clean and plenty of space for us. Roughly 12-15 min from FSU campus, we were able to cook meals in the kitchen then hop back & forth to campus events easily. The host promptly responded to any of our needs. A wonderful experience and I recommend this property for a family stay. Note that all bedrooms are upstairs on the 2nd floor.

Summary: The cleaning crew missed some things, but the responsiveness of the management company was fantastic. Some items are dated and the washing machine sounds like an angry badger. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and would book again.
