Plenty of off street parking, including the lawn. Bathroom with toilet and shower over bath, and a separate ensuite toilet and basin. Instantaneous gas hot water heating, which never runs out. TV's in lounge and both double bedrooms. Porta cot, high chair, toys and children's books. 3 outdoor living decks to enjoy and follow the sun. BBQ, table and deck chairs.
