Summary: The staff were friendly, helpful & pleasant. The rooms are small. The floor by bed wall / bathroom was wet but we couldn’t tell where it was coming from. The faucet didn’t work great - hard time getting hot water. View of beach was nice. Overpriced we felt for what we had. Free coffee in the lobby would have been nice but had to pay. The room coffee isn’t great. We likely won’t stay again but will come back to their outside bars.

Summary: I loved everything about the hotel, the staff was amazing and the text option to ask for assistance was nice. They were always prompt with anything we needed. The pool area was very nice and the deck bar was wonderful! The walk to the beach was so close and it was beautiful!

Summary: The location and tiki bar make up for any fault this place may have, which there aren’t many. Just wish the restaurants had longer hours. Other than that everything is clean and convenient.

Summary: So we came here before our cruise and had originally planned to stay elsewhere after. However, we changed our plans after having an amazing time beforehand! The bar is amazing as is the central location in Cocoa Beach. The entire bar staff deserves a kudos as does Sunny at the front desk who took great care of us. Çok teşekkürler Sunny!

Summary: The room was clean but well worn, the bed was comfortable, linens were average. The bartenders and drinks were a highlight. The beach is very nice in this area. The pool area felt particularly crowded as the area around it is very small and not much seating adjacent. I am a pool guy, not an ocean guy for swimming so that was a bit disappointing, furniture around the sundeck and pool area were well worn. I truly wish Peloton would end its arrangement with Hilton because I have yet to find one in decent/working condition. That was a true lowpoint, plus the gym area bakes in the afternoon sun and could use shaded blinds to complement the tinted windows. Housekeeping was inconsistent and didn't necessarily replace things like coffee. The worst thing was our flight was delayed overnight and despite me chatting with the front desk through the app to inquire what would be necessary to keep the reservation active; they did not do as promised. It created a mess at check in, and a huge bookkeeping issue at check out. The manager was at first a bit dismissive and combative, recalculated it in a mistaken way resulting in the same mischarges, but in the end got it figured out and he was somewhat apologetic. I document everything and had all the necessary reservation emails, screenshots of my chat, etc. Rather than come at the issue with the attitude that "the customer is wrong/I can't help," it would've been better served with listening and understanding. Win a battle but lose the war?

Summary: We rented an oceanfront room, no balcony or windows that open. Waste of money. The hotel itself is very nice and the staff is friendly. 3 bars on site which were all nice
