Summary: There were a few disappointing experiences during my stay. First, I was approached by a hotel staff member outside the hotel who greeted me and insisted on giving me an unsolicited tour, which I found bothersome. To make matters worse, they asked for a tip afterward. I believe this kind of behavior should be addressed through proper staff training. Second, in Korea, it is standard practice to settle all charges at once during check-out to avoid any inconvenience to guests afterward. I was surprised and quite displeased to receive a call on the day of my departure, while I was busy preparing to leave, asking me to settle additional charges. It was an unpleasant experience, especially during such a busy time. Third, the pricing at the souvenir shop inside the hotel was unreasonable. I needed a swimsuit, and they offered a very low-quality swimsuit and goggles for 160,000 KRW. I ended up buying a better-quality set for under 30,000 KRW in the city. Although these may seem like small issues, they negatively impacted my overall travel experience. I hope improvements can be made to the facilities and services. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

Summary: The stay was pleasant and the staffs are very good. The restaurants are good too. I think it is one the best hotels in Luxor. It’s worth the try even though the rooms are a bit dated, but it would do the trick

Summary: Loved the workers at the resort. Felt comfortable all around. The view is amazing here and the property was just lovely. Will be back here the next time I am visiting Egypt.

Summary: I enjoyed my vacation time at the Hilton in Luxor. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The sunset view every evening was spectacular. The spa area was so relaxing. I would definitely return to this Hilton for vacation again.

Summary: My daughter and I had four nights stay in Hilton resort few days ago. It made our Egypt trip more relaxing & pleasant. We dipped in the pool everyday after our difficult & hot day tour. The restaurants are awesome, especially Olive on the pool side and it is open air, face River Nile was so romantic at night. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. We had a Feluca ride, the boats just docked on the river bank. Price was reasonable. The hotel organized the transportation taxi for guests to go anywhere. And the driver needed to show ID to the gate security when they enter. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel for anyone wants to visit Luxor. Thank you Hilton Resort, we had a wonderful time.
