Positive: I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The host, Ramadan Khalil, is incredibly kind and responsive — he helped me immediately with anything I needed. The apartment is very spacious, over 100 square meters, and fully equipped with everything you could need: a large fridge, microwave, kitchenware, and more. There are three air conditioners that keep the place cool even in the hottest weather. The soundproofing is great, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. The value for money is excellent. I highly recommend this place!

Positive: I highly recommend it. The flat was clean and had everything we needed like a real home. The location was very good, close to Karnak temple and also near Hilton Luxor. We were welcomed by Mr. Ahmed who was very kind and helped us with everything. He is the main reason we loved the place and we will recommend it to anyone who asks us in the future because of him. he was very polite, helpful and respectful. He supported us during our whole stay in Luxor and answered all our questions and requests. Also when he knew that our bus was 5 hours after checkout, he kept our bags so we didn’t have to carry them in the streets and even told us we are welcome to wait at his place. He was honestly the nicest person we met in Luxor.

Positive: Spotless, safe and an absolute bargain! I had such a comfortable stay here thanks to the kind and honest owner Ahmed, was safely picked up from the airport by his extremely friendly driver in his vintage car, and it was literally a two-minute walk to the much more expensive Hilton hotel where my friends were staying at. Ahmed is available at all times and always checking in on your comfort, can arrange tours and transport for you, and doesn’t treat you like a walking ATM! I can’t recommend this place enough and look forward to coming back one day.
Negative: Nothing! A little help or printed guide about food options in the surrounding area would be helpful though!

Positive: The property was spacious and clean. Ahmed, the host was kind and very responsive when we had a problem with the wifi connection and a plumbing issue. He met us at the bus station when we arrived. The property was located only a 20 minute walk from Karnak Temple complex. We were able to wash all of our clothing in the available washer after weeks of travel.
Negative: Location was confusing for some of our transportation from the flat. Got stuck outside for two hours after checking out.
