Positive: Lovely apartment, the pictures do not do it justice. Smells and looks clean when you walk inside and it has everything you will need for your stay. Hosts were lovely and helpful. If you come accross the guy from the gym at the end of the road he is a great person and actually added to our stay in the apartment although he isnt one of the hosts.
Negative: At first we was a little thrown off by the location of the apartment but in actual fact the location was absolutely fine, its a very safe area and everyone around is nice and says hello

Positive: The location is convenient.It's easy to find it and you just need to put Karnak Flats on the Google Map. So calling a car on Indrive is easy.Plus, it takes only 3minutes to walk to Hilton Hotel. We went there to see hot air balloons early in the morning. There are mini super market, restaurants and some other stores on the main road. The flat is spacious and clean. It is well equipped with air conditioners,TV,hair dryer, cooking equipment, washing machine etc. Ahmed was very friendly and helpful too. Before I arrived,surprisingy he sent a friend request on wechat to me so later on we could communicate well. He always responded quicklu. When we arrived, he helped us carry big suitcases to the second floor. He also recommended us a good restaurant nearby. It was very comfortable staying there for two nights. Highly recommended! :)

Positive: Wonderful Stay at Karnak Flats in Luxor! We had a wonderful stay at Karnak Flats during our time in Luxor, Egypt. The place was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for travelers who prefer a quiet and relaxing environment. The flats offered everything we needed for our stay, including a well‑maintained living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a cozy bedroom setup that made us feel right at home. Mr. Ramadan and Ahmed provided excellent service throughout our visit. They were always available, incredibly helpful, and willing to assist with anything—from arranging transportation to giving local recommendations. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay memorable. The location was also convenient, with easy access to Karnak Temple and the surrounding attractions, while still being tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in Luxor!
