Summary: They need more food choices in hotel like cheaper breakfast options for instance....also the pool is outdated and not easily accessible especially for elderly, they did have some ancientlooking lift thing for handicapped maybe but here are no steps just ladders built in side of pool, there should be steps Also my car was damaged in the valet parking process..i will update if that is handled quickly and efficiently...we woke up to busted glass right outside our door that had a wet floor warning sign on it but was still there 5 hours later when we checked out.....i will say this though the entire staff we dealt with were great...all very friendly and helpful

Summary: Parking fee on top of what a room costs is insane. Parking was a headache. Couldn't hear during check in because it was extremely loud in the lobby.

Summary: We have stayed at the Hilton at the Ballpark several times however this last stay was horrible. We stayed while in town for the Savannah Bananas game. Our room smelled like sewage, the sink gurgled every time you flushed the toilet and the toilet as gurgled. We went to guest services twice to get maintenance to come fix the problem and he said we needed a new room however no rooms were available due to the baseball game and conference in town. They said that they would send someone else to fix the issue and never did. They finally comped the room due to all the issues after talking to guest services for the 3rd time.

Summary: I booked my room 6 months ago and paid extra for a stadium view. I checked in and was told that they were giving me a free upgrade to the executive floor with lounge access. I thought wow good for me... wrong!! We get to the room and it is so small and not a stadium view. There was an awful smell in the hallway. The floors lookes like they hadnt been vacuumed. Not sure if they were burn marks on the carpet. The side table had not been cleaned, it had food on it. The room was warm not cooling off below 76. The bathroom was dirty. The toilet had stains and tp in it. There was a used tissue in the garbage can. The bathroom was so small and did not lock. The bottom of the bathroom door was rotten. The closet door was broken. We had no other choice other than to stay because everything within a 40 mile radius was sold out. Oh and the executive lounge access offers nothing on the weekends but coffee, juice and water. That was our big joke of an upgrade!

Summary: This hotel checks the boxes in terms of amenities, location and service. Every single person working there was friendly, attentive and considerate. The location is perfect right by the stadium and the restaurants inside are amazing. The rooms need to be updated, the TV had 20 channels. The bed was not comfortable and didn’t have a fitted sheet? Neither beds had one. The ac was not working to the full capacity and it was hot. The gym was huge and has ample equipment however it was dirty. I’m not sure I would stay here again but it was good for my trip this time
