Positive: Breakfast was very convenient and welcome. Did not have to get into the car and drive somewhere to eat.
Negative: We paid for 3 nights, but because of airline problems we arrived one day late. Only got to spend 2 nights at the hotel, but prepaid for 3 nights through Booking.com, Even though we alerted them that we were delayed and paid in advance, we were still billed for the no-show night. Left a bad taste in my mouth that I was charged for the extra day. The hotel manager said that a refund was not possible since the booking was made through Booking .com. I would like someone at Booking.com to explain how the refund can be obtained.
Summary: Facilities were very nice, customer service on my missed night was terrible.

Positive: What breakfast, we went down at eight AM, all of the cinnamon rolls were gone, the bacon was broken up into very small pieces about an inch long. The eggs were disgusting to the taste. The only thing that was awesome was the coffee , orange juice, and the bagels.Just fix the
Negative: Just fix the choices that they have for the breakfast, and don't run out of food. The price for the room was a little high, but they got you by the cajónes because there is nothing closer to this area.

Positive: The property was clean, and on a wonderful location. The staff at the front desk were excellent. The free breakfast was great with different selections every morning.
Negative: I was upset that the pool was closed due to a failed water inspection by the state. The gym area which was in the pool area was also closed. The pool was one of the main purposes of us choosing the hotel.
Summary: Otherwise the staff and cleaning of the hotel was excellent.
