Summary: The check in process was quick and easy, the staff was friendly and quick. The only downside if you are a light sleeper is this hotel is close to a major highway so the highway noise can get loud. We were on the first floor and at times we could hear it. I believe if we had requested a room in the back or on a higher floor the noise would not have been a problem. Also the first room we were in had a chemical smell and after the second night it just got worst, we request a new room and the staff was quick without question offer us a new room right down the way. I give them HIGH ratings just for this because most places I been in would have question more and this didn't happen. Our room was change without question. I would stay here again when we are visiting family

Summary: Easy to check in and hotel room was clean. Unfortunately we had a room on the second floor and the guests staying in adjacent rooms were obnoxiously noisy and disruptive all night. Not a single member of the hotel staff did anything to quiet the noise.

Summary: Hotel is conveniently located shopping restaurants. I was supposed to be here for two days. I ended up extending my trip additional four days.

Summary: Very good location right off of 495 plenty of stores for shopping or eating I was more than satisfied with the hotel that I also extended my stay an additional two days

Summary: This experience was a lot better than the time we stayed here in October. The two issues I had were 1. Our room key did not work one time and we had to go back downstairs to get it reactivated. 2. They had a little hot cocoa set up for the holiday, this was nice ; however, I was not sure if it was complementary or we had to pay for it. For coffee downstairs you have to pay for. It would have been nice if they put up a sign so people would know.
