Summary: Breakfast was great, always something a little different each day! Bed was firm & pillows awesome! Everyone was always willing to help, no matter what it was. Having a shuttle was great!

Summary: The staff was great. There was a leak in the workout room and debris in the hall. Drawers in the room would not stay closed, i had to prop items against them to keep them closed. Shower dripped. Breakfast buffet was barely warm. Dogs were barking and children running halls knocking on doors.
