Home Sweet Arizona! The second you walk through the door, you will feel right at home - fully equipped with all the proper amenities and comforts you would expect from your own home! Our spacious, comfy, single-level home will make your Arizona trip so enjoyable, you won't want to ever leave! The home features a fully equipped and updated kitchen, a large family room with a 65" TV and cable box, a dining room for entertaining, a spacious backyard with private pool (unheated), and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather. The home also has 4 bedrooms (one with a king-sized bed and TV and cable box, one with a queen-sized bed and TV and cable box, one with 2 twin-sized beds, and one with a twin bunk over a full-sized bed, 2 large bathrooms, and miscellaneous extras (a pack-and-play and highchair for the little ones, an extra air mattress, golf balls and clubs for the putting green, extra picnic blankets and cooler, ect.) to make you feel right at home!
Pets are considered for an extra pet fee, but not necessarily accepted. Please provide us with advance notice if you are hoping to bring your furry family members along on your vacation!
Note: Starting March 2021, we are only accepting bookings of 30 days or more. For the months of January, February, and March, preference is given to multi-month booking inquiries.

Summary: The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for cleanliness is because somebody put dirty dishes away. They were behind some clean ones so I don’t fault the house keeper at all. This home is so perfect for us that we wish we owned it!! This was our first time there in November and we hope to return when the weather is hot enough to warm the pool.!!

Summary: We stayed here for 2 weeks while moving our daughter into her dorm at ASU. This is a beautiful home in a great location. We loved spend time together in the pool, cooking family meals, and there was plenty of space for us to relax together. We will definitely be back!

Summary: We have rented VRBO properties for 8 yrs and this was an excellent choice. The house was well appointed with everything we needed to make our stay special. Loved the quiet neighborhood location but close to restaurants and grocery stores. The extra refrig In garage was a wonderful bonus as was the gas firepit and out door kitchen. Looking forward to our spring Az trip next year !!

Summary: The location was just perfect, the parks, shopping, places to hike, all nearby! The four bedrooms, two full bathrooms served our needs well when our son’s family visited. Kitchen was well stocked except for potholders. Backyard fire pit was used almost every night! Wonderful home!, friendly neighborhood!
