The space
Welcome to our cozy and inviting home located in North Richland Hills, TX! Our home is the perfect place to call your home away from home while exploring the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere that's perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The living room features comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for catching up on your favorite shows or movies.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to cook up a delicious meal, including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The adjacent dining area features a large table that seats six, perfect for family meals or group gatherings.
Our home boasts three bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower/tub combo and double vanity. The two additional bedrooms have a queen-size bed, full and 2 twins sharing a full bathroom with a large shower.
Step outside to the backyard oasis, where you'll find a covered patio with comfortable seating. It is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The backyard also features a grill, ideal for cooking up a delicious meal and dining al fresco. You'll also have access to a large fenced yard, perfect for children to run and play. FALL/ WINTER update: the POOL is not heated but will be available to swim at your discretion.
Our home is conveniently located just a short drive from numerous local attractions, including the NRH20 Family Water Park, Iron Horse Golf Course, and the NRH Centre, which offers a variety of fitness classes, workshops, and events. You'll also be just minutes away from plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options at the nearby North East Mall and the Alliance Town Center. Within just a short drive to Dallas/Fort Worth, you will not have any trouble filling up your stay with fun filled activities!

Summary: Loved the property. Our kids and their children were very comfortable. The pool was a huge hit with the grands as well as the foosball table. Would definitely consider staying here again if we find ourselves in the area.

Summary: Checkin was made very simple by David. We were personally greeted when entering. The house was beautiful, had everything and more. My children loved all the games and of coarse the pool. The host (David) checkin in to make sure all was well. I have no complaints. Will defiantly be coming back to Texas. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Summary: Very impressed with this house. Had all the things we needed with some great and fun added touches which made us feel right at home. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are super comfy and it is with inreach of great restaurants and shopping near the house.This house and experience was one of of not the best VRBO experiences we have had. We will be back in town next year for same event and plan on renting this again as it checked all the boxes for us.
