Summary: This home is located close to a lot of restaurants, shopping and minutes from FW, and it is a beautiful neighborhood. The home is clean, comfortable and has large gathering areas. The patio has large eating and entertaining spaces, the pool is set with nice shade trees throughout the day. Beautiful fire pit area for evenings. The property manager and the owner were available and responsive, we had zero issues during our stay. Highly recommend this location - and guarantee that we will be back for future weekends.

Summary: The pool was amazing. Plenty of room on the property. However, definitely better options - Do your research. Below are the areas that need significant improvement : 1. The floor is bowed really bad in multiple places. 2. The dishwasher rack is so worn out that it tries falling when loading. 3. The hand held can opener is broken. 4. There were no wash cloths available. 5. I had to wash towels to accommodate guests.There were no extras. 6. We were not able to use the grill. It was very dirty. 7. There were no cushions on the outside patio furniture near the fire pit. 8. Master shower has mildew. 9. The couch is broken and has white thumbtacks holding down the fabric. 10. The pool filter has not been emptied in weeks. It was over flowing. We emptied it. 11. The cups in the cabinet were dirty and had to be washed before use. 12. The beds were very firm. No extra pillows. 13. No dresser or closet in master. Clothes have to stay in luggage.

Summary: Stayed a week with our Grandson, while his Opa worked in his Dallas office. Mornings were spent walking the neighborhood with our dogs; middays/afternoons were spent exploring Ripley’s, Sea Life Aquarium, a visit to The Movies; evenings were spent enjoying the pool. This was our second stay @ Mid-Cities Oasis. Love the house, pool, neighborhood & proximity to SO MANY fun activities.

Summary: We needed a getaway place and this gave us what we needed: a great pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, and peace and quiet. It's on a quiet street, and is an older home in a well established neighborhood. The trees offer great shade over the seating area and pool in the morning and evening. The property manager is very friendly and the home owner was easily reached when we had a question. We'd stay here again!

Summary: It was overall a good stay. The backyard was amazing and did not disappoint! The house itself was great but it could’ve been cleaner. The floors made our feet black and the bathrooms had hair from previous guests and mold spots in the shower. With a better cleaning service I would definitely rate this a 5.
