Summary: The room was clean, comfortable. There were a few areas of disrepair. One of the wall hooks had been pulled from the wall, for instance.

Summary: The pool had very slippery tiles directly around the pool area and I slipped and fell and got a bruise on my right hip and left shin. I had to be a bridesmaid the next day and had to get make up coverage for it.

Summary: Could not get ahold of the hotel directly. Phone just rang and rang and rang. I did not get a receipt. Had to call corporate for that and I was charged an extra day so it was disputed with my bank.

Summary: We found this hotel to be above our expectations! The pricing was on the lower side and the reviews were very good, so we went with it. The staff was very professional, friendly and polite. The room was very fresh and clean. The continental breakfast was a great start to our day. I know we will choose it again when we come to this area in the fall.

Summary: The desk clerk at night was rude. We had gone to a race at the speedway, and got back to the hotel about 10pm. I ask if we can have clean towels to shower. The front desk clerk's response was " tonight" . I said yes, and he ask if we can wait till morning. My husband went down and ask for towels and finally got them. The hotel was nice, clean and the breakfast was good. But the desk clerk, could use some manners.
