Summary: Nice clean place to stay, centrally located for our plans. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, and the property manager was easy to reach and responsive. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and will try and stay there again the next time we are in the area.

Summary: The property was good except for the property owners not leaving any instructions as to the pool an cleaning it. Could not use it because of debris from the trees.

Summary: Our family of six really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very responsive with communications and helpful with instructions on how to work the heated pool and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable. One toilet needed to be shimmed to stop it from rocking, but no issues with it working. We recommend this house, and will hopefully be able to stay here on our next visit to Lafayette.

Summary: Property was very clean and comfortable.The pool and backyard was in excellent condition.Property manager was very courteous and accommodating.He even called with last minute instructions.Would definitely recommend.

Summary: The home was perfect for us for a relaxing getaway with private pool & also dog friendly for our boxer. Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, close to shops, restaurants, grocery, anything you need (including a great snowball stand!). The host, Louis was quickly responsive to messages. The pool was clean & ready for dipping into upon arrival (which was ready earlier than the regular checkin time!). The hot tub had a broken heater during our stay, but the jets worked well, so you may want to check if it’s repaired, if that’s important to you. The large backyard is fenced in with a privacy fence & there’s a covered patio with table & chairs. The backyard is very peaceful with lots of birds chirping. The pool is small, but large enough to float around & also has built-in seating on the edges of the pool. Lounge chairs by the pool would’ve make it even better! The home was clean & nicely decorated, with fully stocked kitchen & everything you could possibly need. There’s a Roku TV with streaming services available. The wifi worked well, & Verizon cell service worked well in the area also. The home is exactly as pictured & described, other than the hot tub heater being broken, there’s no rug in living room, as pictured, & has a coffee table, which isn’t pictured. The locks on both front & back doors were quite finicky, but the host was aware & should be addressing. We would definitely recommend booking here to anyone, & we hope to stay again. Thanks for having us!!
